Terms and conditions
Quoted delivery and pick up fees are estimates.  Other fees and taxes may apply.  Actual delivery charges will be quoted when the order is confirmed based on the rental location.

1.  The rates quoted above do not include delivery fees, Rental Equipment Damage Protection, environmental fee, or HERT tax.  
2.  Delivery and pick up fees in Bend, Oregon are $35 each way, and $135 minimum for large equipment. All prices subject to change based on average fuel prices and management discretion. 
3. Customer assumes all risks associated with the equipment during the rental period, including injury and damage to persons, property, and the equipment
 4.Rental Equipment Damage Protection (REDP) is required for customers who do not have equipment liability insurance.  Rental protection is 10% of the equipment rental fee. See below for more details
5. One day rental is considered 8 hours. Rates will be prorated based on the daily rates. Overtime rates may apply if equipment is used more than 8 hours/day or 40 hours/ week.  
6. Refueling rates. Customer will either refuel equipment before return or will pay 5G Equipment Rentals refueling rate ($5/gallon). Subject to change based on average fuel prices.
